No returns and no exchanges. 

Buyer is responsible for accurately measuring head according to our sizing chart and ordering the correct size. Some heads will not fit perfectly into standard sizing, buyer will be responsible for having the appropriate alterations done. No refund or exchanges permitted. 

Buyer is responsible for reading colour descriptions to have an accurate idea of what tone and level of darkness or lightness the wig will be as phone screen can create variances that we are not responsible for.
